And got!

Now for Mother's Day..I didn't get anything. My 2 sons and DH took me up to Grandfather Mountain for a picnic..where they hold the Highland Games. It was the greatest Mother's Day ever!

Hope you get your Dyson, though!!!Valerie Everharthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06099852413575505130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4395293021442031324.post-57768452189524051652007-05-14T12:36:00.000-05:002007-05-14T12:36:00.000-05:00I bought a Sears vaccuum a few years back because ...I bought a Sears vaccuum a few years back because it comes with a warrenty and they'll service it if it breaks. It does the job okay and while I can't say I love it, it works and I appreciate it.

I completely understand your vaccuum lust. (Incidentally, I spent Mother's Day cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor, and then today spent time wiping the tiles with white vinegar and water until the paw prints, sneaker prints and other prints went away. Yes, I'm a bit of a clean-floor addict...) In fact, several years ago, I insisted on getting a floor washer for Christmas. My husband was leery, but when he saw my joy, he knew he'd made the right choice.

If he bought me any other sort of appliance, I'd bean him.

Wishing you a Dyson, soon!
CynCyndi Sweethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13958562127741474567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4395293021442031324.post-58743332818161167302007-05-14T07:56:00.000-05:002007-05-14T07:56:00.000-05:00Sorry to hear that sometime's got you feeling blue...Sorry to hear that sometime's got you feeling blue.

Ditto on the central vac. You could buy it for him. :P

Having 2 dogs, a monstrous cat and many more kids than I gave birth to wandering my house has made me very hard on vacuums as well. We bought a central-vac about 6 years ago and it was the best purchase EVER. Doesn't get smelly like other vacuums and we don't have to pay a fortune for vac-bags.

(((sorry about your sad news)))lainey bancrofthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05198092987859920805noreply@blogger.com
