Lucky 13?

MENTAL STATUS: "Disgusted". Trying to help my mom with a family issue right now.

Gee, after 13 years the New York Yankees are NOT in the playoffs. What? Wow. Funny, but when I heard this news I felt... I felt...

Yes, that's the word. Elated. (Oooh, sorry, NY fans) But since I love the Red Sox, no one can really be surprised by my declaration. The Yankees are one team I don't have to worry about now. And if they could just get past Tampa Bay, all will be well. Sort of.

On another sports note, I have absolutely nothing to say about football. Hmm... I have not watched or heard any news at all. Why? Because I just don't care. No interest at all. Zilch. Nada. None. (Which I'm sure breaks my football-loving family's heart). But, oh well. There's just too many dang rules and penalties to follow. It sucks the fun right out of watching. Bleh. Give me a good old American baseball game any day.

What about you? Football or baseball?

I don't care about any of it! Sports rates right up there with ironing or cleaning the toilet in my book. :)

Thankfully, the only game my husband likes to watch is golf - and only when Tiger is playing, so you won't see the big screen on any competitions in our house.

Now if you want to talk DANCING WITH THE STARS or AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL, I'm your woman.

I love football, so long as the Cowboys are playing. And when I wear my Romo jersey, they always seem to win. Just saying.

Can I pick neither? Hubby isn't even into it either, but if he has to choose, he's a gators fan, as that's where he was born. BUT, thankfully, he's never asked me to go to a game with him!

Hope they win then... :D

Football if I choose between those two sports (I'm a 49ers fan living on the east coast, though, so I never get to watch my team).

Of ALL sports? HOCKEY, BAY-BEE!!! Woot! All Colorado Avalanche, all the time. We even spring for Center Ice.
