Feeling Funky

MENTAL STATUS: "Blah". Been having headaches and have been tired too. I think I need to get back to some sort of routine.

Not sure what's going on with me lately--maybe all the stress from the holidays has left me at an all time "low". All I really know is that I need something to help me snap out of it. I want to start the new year fresh, make some goals, and get back on track. (Even thinking about the Master Cleanse detox diet for a few days)

Whatever it takes to get me out of this "funk".

(Although I have to say, watching a show on the best of Sports Center commercials was a pretty good start.)
On a different note, the kiddo and I went to the mall yesterday and I got some new shower gel, moisturizer, and shampoo at Bath & Body Works--all in Sweet Pea. Much prettier smelling than that other stuff I got for Christmas.

This week is kind of a wash for me writing-wise. The hubby is taking some days off and the kiddo is off from school, too. Thus, the house is lousy with Shirks wanting my attention. So I'm doing the only thing I can do: cook for the family, set goals for the new year, and research more on this Master Cleanse diet. :)

Do you have your New Year goals yet?

Since everybody and her sister are posting blog entries about goals, I finally did mine this morning. If you want a little inspiration, go to http://jakonrath.blogspot.com/ and read Joe's continuing resolutions for writers. I love him.

Right now I'm on a detox program from my chiropractor, and maybe that's why my head is clear. Doing the Master Cleanse will surely help you get focused. Let me know how it goes.

I'm down five pounds this morning and feeling really sharp and good. Just saying!

I've fiddled with goals. I know what I want to do personally but not what I want to do writing-wise.

I like Cherry Blossom at BAth and Body best. I forget to check the shampoos, though!

No goals here yet...I've been meaning to, but....

Hopefully we'll all snap out of the funk. I've been in one too with all the sickness, so let's work on it together! Too bad we don't live closer, we'd totally be getting a massage together!

I love Sweet Pea! I wanted the Shea Cashmere but they ran out before hubby drug his butt up there. My goals are simple this year. Just do something everyday. Exercise and writing.
