In a State of Awesomeness

IN THE NEWS: Hiker tumbles down rocks after marriage proposal. Read more HERE.

Oh, my gosh. Wait. Do you hear it?
Yes, you shouldn't hear anything. That's because it's dead silent in my house--and I'm LOVIN' life!!

Can I just tell you how much I got done around my house yesterday? Well, let me tell you anyway.
A lot. My house is clean--sparkling, really. There's food in the fridge and the notes for my manuscript I've been working on are finally all in order.

I can actually begin to write today. :)

But before I leave you to tinker on the old story, please view this You Tube video.

It's old, I know--from maybe a year ago--and everybody and there sister and has seen it, but I recently watched it again the other day to show my hubby and I actually laughed harder this time around.

So watch it again--especially if you have a book coming out soon.

Isn't silence wonderful? I have just the opposite situation in my house, since my daughter and her three kids are back living with us. Spending a lot of time in Atlanta Bread Company and Barnes & Noble ...

Woohoo! Congrats on getting so much done. :-)

You can come here and maybe help me. Home-school, writing, taking my son to the hospital have all delayed house stuff. I did get yard work done outside on our farm over the weekend, but all the rain we have had has pretty much voided all that work. UGH!

Congrats on the quiet house! I'm not going to lie, I'm a little jealous. Hope you get as much done today as you did yesterday.

Whoo! Silent days are the best! I had one today and I finished my first draft. So stoked! Although, I didn't get anything else done.

I hope you made some progress too.
