The 12 Days of Ebooks day 4
MOOD STATUS: "disappointed'. Didn't win cookie swap. Came in SECOND. It was down to the two of us in a tie, so they asked a woman who came late to the party to judge between the two of us and I lost. Pooh. The good thing was I brought home some fantastic cookies!
It's another day of The 12 Days of Ebooks.
Come join me in hearing the reason WHY author M.J. Fredrick loves ebooks!

What a wonderful Christmas gift your post is today. Thanks for the link. Great info over there. :) And mmmm!Cookies! I'm baking mine this weekend over at my daughter's house. And I'm leaving 'em there! Let the kids get fat. No, bad gramdma!
Everyone's a winner in a good cookie swap! :)
I'm hearing more and more about the free and low cost ebooks available. It seems like a great incentive not only for readers, but for writers too, to get exposure this way.
Cookie swap?! I just went to a cookie swap, but there was no contest. We just brought cookies and pigged out!
But a tie! A tie...so close. I would have eaten all your cookies, you can trust me on that one.
Merry Christmas cookie winner in my book!
~ Wendy
Hope you made a scene and threw some cookies across the room!
What kind of cookies did you bake? =)
Dude, seriously? People who come late should get NO PERKS whatsoever!
I'm sure your cookies were better.
When it comes to Christmas cookies, everyone is a winner.

Again, very subjective! Someone else could have chosen you. How great to walk away with so many different cookies though.
I'm sorry about the cookie swap.
Sorry about the cookie thing. You'll get 'em next time! :)
Sorry you didn't get to win, but I bet your cookies are scrummy.
Thanks for the link.
I'll bet the judge didn't know her cookies from her crackers. You win in my book. Hands down.
I agree, everyone wins in a cookie swap. (But then the woman who picked the other gal had to be out of her mind. LOL Everyone knows yours are best.)
Cheers~
Oh, I'm sure your cookies were far superior to the others! :-)
Aw! I'd give you my vote any day. I'm sure you were greatly consoled by all those carbs, er, I mean cookies. There are no carbs in December, right? *shovels in another cookie*
Didn't win first place?? What? I'm sure yours were yummy! Enjoy the treats!
What great ideas. I love ways to save money on ebooks.CD
Oooh, I love cookie swaps, although my waistline hates them...but it's Christmas! Thanks for the great link!
Second?? Wow-- I can't believe that. I'm sad for you but cheering you on for next Christmas!! LOL
(second is good::)
boo! I was so sure you were gonna win that loot, at least you had fun baking and testing all those other cookies.
Tell me did anyone bring store bought cookies this time around?
Yum! Cookie swaps sound like so much fun, but my hips definitely don't need all that butter and sugar! Still, coming in second isn't too bad. I bet it was a hard decision.
You was robbed, lol!
I'm sure your cookies were delicious and you'll get them next year.
Enjoy your holidays :)
