I'm Baaaaaack!

Hey, all!

I'm back from my little bloggie break and feeling recharged, relaxed, and re--ok, tan.
I was in lovely sunny Florida since Sunday!! Here to be exact: Bonita Springs.

We were visiting the in-laws at their vacation club condo and had a FANTASTIC time!
So fantastic that it was hard to leave 86 degree weather and come back to cloudy and cold New Jersey at a whopping 39 degrees.

What a slap of reality that was!

This post is brief since I'm still so tired and have done nothing with pictures in my camera yet. Why does traveling wipe me out all the time? It was a two hour plane ride (where I slept for half of it), I was mainly pool or beach side the entire vacation, yet I'm beat.
How does that happen?

Well, anyhew, I need to food shop today, go through the 500 (at least) emails I had while I was away, and visit all of you and see what I missed this week.

Anything exciting happen while I was away?

PS: For those of you concerned and/or curious, my P90x routine was hardly disrupted on my vacation. I was at the gym every day and ate extremely healthy.

PS2: A hardy congrats to all the entrants of the GH and RITA! The RWA will be announcing the finalists this morning! I hope my favorites and/or friends made the list. :)

I have a question. Did you take the toothpaste box with you and hide it to be discovered in the sand? LOL Glad you had a great time!

Hey, I returned to the same kind of weather after coming back from Florida. Chills shook my bones.

At least we've got the sun today. ;)

I'm so glad you had a nice time on your trip, and welcome back (sorry it was to 39 degrees though, yikes!) I always get wiped out while traveling, I have no idea why either. I sleep most of it...maybe it's because I sleep most of it ;)
Have a great weekend!

So glad the trip did you some good. The cold just seems to want to not leave doesn't it?

Have a great weekend :)

I've always wondered that too -- I think it's the diversion from routine. I've always heard "change" is the biggest stressor, so maybe that's why vacation wipes us out?

Welcome back!
I know what you mean about weather change. I'm looking at at snow galore here, but dreaming about our recent time in sunny, hot Maui!

May you feel rejuvenated soon. Sometimes it takes a few days back at the homefront to get in that mode again. Sadly!

You were here when I wasn't! Didn't realize you are from Jersey--we were neighbors:)
Glad your time here was relaxing and fun! I got back last night from dreary Seattle and love this weather.

How blessed to have been in Florida. We in Mi. have had snow and ice. How very depressing at this time of year. I get tired while traveling (and shopping which I love.) Enjoy getting things back to normal. That's part of the fun.

Welcome back! We can totally relate to leaving the golden summer sunshine of FL behind and returning to freezing cold, freezing rain, freezing, freezing! I hope you got some great shots out of the 500 you took. :o)
