I spent the new year in France again this year, so Bonne Annee!

So. A new year, which for me means new goals.

A few years I discovered a better way of making resolutions/goals for the new year and that is to focus on ONE WORD instead.

My word this year is DISCIPLINE.

That's what I'm choosing to focus on when making decisions and actions on my day to day living.

• Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.
• Without hard work and discipline it is difficult to be a top professional.
• Once you have commitment, you need the discipline and hard work to get you there.

I love those quotes! It makes me more motivated. :-)
