Thursday Thirteen #35

On Monday's post, I explained how I painted my master bathroom. And if you scroll down, you'll see how it looks as if a pumpkin exploded there. Thus, my need to re-paint the base and start over. So here are

That "spiced cider" sounds interesting. I'm currently thinking about painting my masterbath - I'm thinking green...

My bathroom is drywall grey lol It's in the middle of a remodel. Happy T13!

"Guesthouse"? Uh... what color is that?

I love paint names. Did you see all the names for "White"?

*snort* What a job...thinking up new ways to say "light brown"

Do you realize it's somebody's job to sit around thinking up those names?

So I guess the retinas are still burning...

My master bathroom is a cream color with accents of purple and lavender. The downstairs bathroom, which was originally Melanies (then Crystal and the grandkids') is antique white with the tropical fish wallpaper border and shower curtain. The main accent color is a deep aquamarine.

I don't have a master bath right now...This house is an older house, but the one we use is kind of a taupe camel brown color...

Not sure.

You already know what I think you should do with it. Try it on a corner and see what you think first.

I wouldn't have thought of Chilled Chardonay as a brown, more like a red. And yeah, guesthouse? LOL I thought you made a boo-boo and were listing the rooms you want painted. ;)

Could be fun to use some of them when you're trying to think of how to describe someone's hair or eyes...

Her eyes were the color of a burnished wheat penny. LOL

I bet it looks great no matter which you choose!

I started reading the list and I'm thinking, "Yeah, but what COLOR is it?" Then I get to the bottom. Duh! Good luck choosing!

Who knew there were so many different shades of brown. Personally, I liked the sound of spiced cider. All the walls in our house are sort of a rich cream color, bathroom included.

You need color swatches to really give us a feel for the choices. :-)

My bath has a creamy trim and the walls have an off white wall paper with varying mini-stripes of brown, it's not really bathroom wall paper, but it was here when I moved in, so it's still here now, 13 yrs later.

I agree though, the orange has got to go.
Can you imagine having to deal with that the first thing everyday? Ouch,
