A Ray of Light in my Otherwise Cloudy Day

IN THE NEWS: According to World Magazine, A man was robbing a KFC in Camas, Wash., when Mary Chamberlain, grandmother of 12, saw him making a getaway. Rather than phoning authorities, Chamberlain (67) started after him in her vehicle. After she chased him into a neighborhood, the man apparently ran into a yard and attempted to climb a fence. The retired woman jumped from her car and confronted the man. "I had my arm around his neck, and I was going to try and bring his arm up behind him. It looks easy on TV. Believe me, it's not."

Well, I'm still struggling with my chapters. They're an absolute mess. So after this post, I'm going to devote the morning to working on them.

But on a brighter note, I've been hanging out in the Coffee Time Romance forum and won a free Samhain book! I'm so excited because I've wanted to read Marianne Arkins' One Love for Liv since it came out.

Yay me!

Yay on the book win!

Boo on the chapter knots. Sorta in the same place. I thought I was a chapter away from finishing, but the darn book just doesn't want to end the way I planned, which is a good indication I need to backtrack. Hate that!

I feel ya on the chapter woes. It sucks, but when everything finally falls into place, it is the best adrenaline rush out there! Keep after them!!!

:-)

Hope you enjoy it.

(I'm the deleted comment. I posted using the wrong user acct up above... I hate it when I do that.)
