Hey, just so you know, I'm getting great responses from my Christmas cards! People even thought my hubby wrote the insert to them because it was so cute.
Um... I know my hubby is a funny guy and all, but, uh, I can be funny, too!

Anyhew, I'm STILL not wrapped. I had a family emergency on Friday and that totally killed any and all time I had. Thus, today is the day. (I really hope, anyway) I haven't touched my new story I've been working on either. Maybe AFTER Christmas. (I really hope--again)
I also discovered I need to go back out and brave the cold weather--and crowds--and do more shopping today. Rats. I thought I was done.

Someone sent me the soldier video. It makes you think of all the reasons you have to be thankful.
I'm not finished wrapping yet either. This happens to me every year...
Tomorrow I'm cooking. We're opening gifts and doing brunch at my sister's house. I have to make a breakfast casserole, two rum cakes and squash casserole. The kids/grandkids are coming tomorrow night for our traditional Christmas Eve pizza party followed by hot cocoa and roasted marshmallows in the fireplace.
Busy, busy busy...
