Mother's Day Continued

MENTAL STATUS: "Happy". Had a really nice weekend.

My Mother's Day was so good that I've decided to extend it.

How?

By taking the day off and getting my hair cut and highlighted and then going for French pedicure. I might even go shopping afterwards. And have ice cream for lunch! Okay, low fat frozen yogurt. But I'm putting chocolate chips on it.

I'm such a rebel.

Did you have a nice Mother's Day, too?

Good for you!!! I've never had a french pedicure...they are lovely though. I had a great day yesterday at my mother-in-laws. The men cooked and cleaned and we all went home and took naps! Nice.

Go and enjoy your day!

I need to get my hair done when we go home this weekend. I'm thinking about chopping it off again;) Hubby said no...so how can I resist? I saw a cut I want on a Desperate Housewives last night...Lynette's.

We always tease each other in my family b/c we extend our birthdays. How funny you are extending Mother's Day. I'd like to do that for the whole year. :D Enjoy your pedicure. I tried to do a French pedicure on myself and I am guessing yours will come out much prettier. Happy Mother's Day!

Jennifer, you go girl! Sounds like a wonderful day ahead for you. I cheer you on.

Yesterday was very nice. Had a lovely church service, and we had our first bbq steak dinner of the season. Mmmmmm Good! Just great to spend it with hubby and the girls.

What a fun idea. Yes, I had a lovely day with breakfast in bed and lots of hugs. Perfect, really.

Sounds good to me. I too was still feeling festive so I wore a skirt this morning. Threw my son for a loop. Mommy doesn't wear skirts to work!

Extending Mother's Day is a great idea!

My Mother's Day was nice too. The husband brought me Panera's for breakfast, and then cooked dinner too!
