Friday Favorites #12

Hey, all! Hope you had a nice Memorial Day weekend.

Sorry, I haven't been around much on the Internet, but I'm STRESSED trying to edit and write here. But once June 10th comes, I'll be able to play again.

I pwomise. :-)

As a Friday Favorite I HAVE to share a great product that's been keeping the bunnies out of my garden.

It's called RABBIT SCRAM. (Um, yes, that's the actual name)

You just sprinkle it on the ground around your flowers. The bunnies must not like the smell. All I know is that is WORKS!

The problem is the bunnies aren't eating the flowers in my garden, so they've found my hanging baskets on my back deck.

As you can see by the evidence I've documented:

Looking all innocent...

Bad Bunny!!!

Just because. (look at that tail)

Sneaking up to my other plant...

Again, looking innocent...

Caught nibbling!!

Yes, they're really cute, but they are eating my flowers!! So now I have to place my baskets on the table before going to bed at night so they don't sneak and eat them while I'm sleeping. Oiy.

Anyhew, it looks as if I'm going to a library conference tomorrow (don't ask) and I'm scheduled to read at church on Sunday (my most hated of things asked to do).

Good times.

Try and have a nice weekend. :)

Do you have rabbit problems where you live?

Awwww, but they're so cute. Is that rabbit scam made of blood? I once bought a product, forget the name, and it was made from some other animal's blood. The bunnied didn't care, they ate anyway. And beautiful photos of your plants. Have a great weekend.

Yes, it does have dried blood in it. Eewww. But it is working. :)

Lol. I love your bunny. There's one that shows up seems to enjoy the crop of dandelions. I call him Cacciatore. I don't bother putting anything down to keep Cacciatore away as he helps mow the lawn

Okay those pics are so stinkin' cute!

We've had a freakish number of toads hopping around our yard lately. Hmm. A plague?

Love these pictures, hate they're ruining your garden! Beautiful flowers too! :) Have a great weekend!

No rabbits. We have squirrels. They nibble just like rabbits.

Cute, but I could see how that would be frustrating. It's funny you post this because my sister came to my house yesterday and she said, "Your rabbits here are brave." She was trying to park in front of my house and the rabbit wouldn't move so she had to go around it. They don't chew on much, just stand there and intimidate visitors, apparently.

Awww. What a cute annoyance to have. :)

We have a few rabbits, but they mostly stay away from out plants. I think this is because our neighbors have a much bigger and more attractive garden.

The bunnies are too cute! Your flowers are beautiful, too...though the bunnies will soon take care of that, LoL!

Have a wonderful weekend!!

I heard sprinkling red peppers around your garden works too. Never tried it though. Cute pictures, but yeah, bad bunny!!

They're cute, but they can also be really sneaky.

LOL. I'm sorry. Those bunnies are just so darn cute. All innocent like and then caught in the act. : )

Ha! Caught in the act! We used to have bunny problems. Then we got a German Shepherd. No more bunny problems!

We've lots of rabbits around, but haven't had any problems with them munching my flowers or veggie garden. Will keep this in mind if they get the notion to snack. Thanks for the tip!

Happy weekend!

Cheeky little blighters, aren't they? No rabbit problems where I live, but our people deals with any intruders on her lawn.

That Peter rabbit getting into trouble again! We have rabbits too, but they're very wary of the dogs.

At the old house one year, rabbits ate all of my beautiful pansies, right down to the quick. I was heart broken.

I hope they don't like the flowers I bought this year.

They're all over the place here, but I haven't tried to plant flowers so I haven't seen them nibble things they ought not to. I know I'd be ticked if they ate my flowers though!

I know they can search and destroy your flowers, but what cute, cute pictures. Your flowers are beautiful, Jen.
