Eureka! I Can Lift My Arms Again!
MENTAL STATUS: "Happy." Going to the beach this morning with some other moms and their kids. Did a little writing yesterday and the rain held off for my BBQ last night. Life is gooooood.
Week Three, day 4 of Work Out Progress: Good news. I can move--pain free.
Skinny Nazi Body Sculptor instructor is on vacation this week and has been temporarily replaced by Skinny Mother Theresa Body Sculptor instructor instead. Not that I didn't have a good workout, but it was a much more reasonable workout.
I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that this new instructor sounds like she smokes 6 packs a day? Oh well. It doesn't matter. I can lift my arms again. That's the important thing.
The only thing is I looked in the mirror this morning and didn't really see any "sculpting" going on yet. But maybe it's too soon?
Sheesh. All that pain, you'd think I'd see SOMETHING different. A little baby muscle waving its pacifier at me or something. But no. So I guess I'll have to be patient.
In the meantime, I will lift a book up with my newfound strength and head to the beach.
Have a good one!

If you're getting the kind of heat we are, I'm sure you'll be happy at the beach!
Have a great day using those toned arms.

You'd think so, right? It takes so long to see any results, but keep it up. I wish I had your determination.
I'm trying out Billy Blanks.
It's awful. Paralyzing.
Why can't we all just be thin, strong and healthy by reading in bed while eating treats?
I have so missed your funny self!!! Sounds like you're torturing yourself. I promised this time I would lose weight and look/feel better when Kris comes home in September. I started Billy Blanks too and he is brutal. I've got places that hurt in my butt I didn't know existed.
